PRE- APPRENTICE SIGN UPS

REVISED APPLICTION PROCESS AS OF FEBRUARY 2010
APPLICATIONS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON THE 1ST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH
To: All Concerned Parties
Re: Qualifications, Applications, and Processing for the Apprenticeship & Pre-Apprenticeship Programs
The Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers for Local 5 Apprenticeship Program hereby notify all concerned parties of the following:
1. *Applications are given out on the 1st Monday of each month at 8:00 am (Sharp)
2. Processing time is approximately 3-4 hours per applicant (not including the pre-employment physical) please allow for time!!!!
3. Anyone showing up after 9:00 a.m. will be processed
the next scheduled Monday
Qualifications and Documents Needed
1. Valid California driver’s license.
2. Original Social Security card. (No substitutes)
3. Must be 18 years or older.
4. Must be physically able to perform the work the trade requires.
5. Must be able to read, write, and understand the English Language.
6. Anyone not having the documents required will be asked to leave and return
with the proper paperwork on the next scheduled Monday.
Tools you will need to provide the Apprenticeship Office prior to going to work.
